Ashley Monroe

Ashley Monroe, a singer-songwriter of country music from the US. The album Satisfied was released in 2007. She was a part of the Pistol Annies band with Angaleena Lambert as well as Miranda Lambert. Her second album, Like a Rose (2013) follows. Ashley Monroe performing with Blake Shelton in 2015. In 2015, she came out with The Blade. This album has earned her fame and acclaim. Ashley Monroe, Assistant Village Manager for the village of Riverside Illinois has more than fifteen years of experience in the public sector. She worked for nearly five years working in Iowa City as the Deputy City Manager. As Assistant Village Director, she oversees managing the Community Development and Building Department. This includes coordinating grants and completing special projects. Ashley is accountable for managing the operations and activities of Riverside Village, while also working to implement the goals and strategies of elected officials. Ashley's prior roles have included city planning and government communications budgeting staff management, collective bargaining and concentration on climate action initiatives. Because of her involvement with the national community and working in communities with diverse populations, Ashley has gained insight on the complexities differences and similarities when it comes to the ways public agencies operate. Ashley's training focuses on contemporary approaches to management and leadership in the public sector through an experience professional.
